These terms govern your use of CitePlan at citeplan.co. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

What you get

CitePlandelivers a one-time analysis of how your product appears (or doesn't) in answers from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, along with a written 90-day action plan. Reports are generally delivered within 24 hours of payment; we do not guarantee a specific turnaround.

Payment

The Starter Report is a one-time US$59 charge processed by Stripe. Pricing on the site at the time of your order controls. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your report, email david@citeplan.cowithin 14 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically reach your account within 5-10 business days.

Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you own, operate, or have authority to analyse. You may not use the service to harass, defame, or otherwise target third parties. We reserve the right to refuse service and refund any order that violates this.

Intellectual property

You own the report delivered to you and can use, share, or reproduce it freely. The CitePlan platform, code, and methodology remain ours.

Disclaimers

CitePlanreports are analytical in nature and rely on third-party AI outputs that change over time. We don't guarantee that following the action plan will produce specific business outcomes. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the updated version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email.
